Please note that due to our strict hygiene policy, all self-adhesive and non-adhesive braless products may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return request, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, you will be required to send back the products at your own  cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be lost and not accepted. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.
